Petal & Print, every item is made-to-order with love and care through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this, shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and the item purchased.

🛠️ Order Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. This time is needed to custom-create your item(s).

📦 Shipping Time (U.S. Orders)

Once your item has been produced, typical delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days
Tracking info will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we hope to expand soon!

✏️ Order Changes or Address Issues

We cannot change shipping details once your order is in production. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply.

🧾 Customs & Import Taxes

If international shipping becomes available in the future, any customs or duties will be the buyer’s responsibility.
